Wish it were that easy...

During WW I the American Red Cross graduated a thousand nurses with only 8 weeks of training. My training is 24 months...I only have the core nursing classes to do but it's still pretty intense. Test 2 is tomorrow--along with 23 months to go!

missing

Im tired of seeing the same photo up on my blog, day in and day out, and I'm sure you are, too! At this point I think I'm down to my few family members as fans. Life is just life lately. Drew and I tend to fill our plates full and even when they are overflowing, we add more onto the plate. That's just us. I love it that way...most of the time. Our lives are never dull and there is always something new and exciting going on. However, blogging goes to the bottom of the priority list.

So, while I am back at school blog posts will probably be few and far between. Just warning you.

That's not to say I'll try to do my best to let our family members see what we're up to every now and then. It'll probably happen when I'm avoiding something else that I should be doing...homework, dishes, case studies, laundry, etc. :)

Love you all! Here are my three from Christmas with Jack's new 'cheese' face. It's the last time I pulled out the camera, but the sun is shining in AZ and hopefully I snap some shots soon!

philadelphia love...

I've been looking for a new wallet for years! I really haven't been proactive about purchasing anything but it's been one of those things that I've needed for awhile. So I found something I really loved when I came across the etsy shop, Made by Hank. Plus, the gal that makes them is from Philadelphia. I loved Philadelphia after visiting the old city this past year & sister #2's stomping grounds! I've also needed to purge some things out of my old wallet and try to keep it simple and organized. So I purchased this darling little wallet last week. I love the color and the ruffles. It's going to look great in my bag!

check out her other goodies. she addes new things frequently...

Another Testament

Our good family friends were able to go down to Honduras with the amazingly talented photographer and artist of REFLECTIONS of CHRIST, Mark Mabry, who has created an equally inspiring & moving video called ANOTHER TESTAMENT. My mom just emailed me the video. When I watch this I am touched by the real emotion in the faces of these people.

This is everything I believe. Christ lives. I know He came and visited the Americas. I believe in Him. I can't wait for my opportunity to have Him hold me in his arms. He loves me and I love Him.

C-SPAN Civic Bus

Last week the C-Span Civic Bus pulled up to Earl Mark School of Law at Drexel University. My sister, Tabitha,--along with other law students-- asked Michael Chertoff questions LIVE via Skype! This is her segment of the interview.

For the publicity page, go here.

Sooo... proud! Love you, Tab!
