I am trying to catch up with all the December events before 2007 is done!
We started with haircuts in the middle of December so we could be ready for Christmas and the New Year! Hallie has her hood on but you can see Braden's clean cut! Afterwards we had to check out the birds, mice, fish, and dogs at PetsMart! Drew and I also had haircuts! Nothing better!
Hallie also had her holiday visitor's week for dance when the parents get to come and watch inside the classroom. She did fantastic!
She also had her Winter Celebration performance and Drew, Braden, and I went and made a gingerbread house with her in class. She had 3 songs that they sang and we captured it all on video. It's priceless!
Christmas morning was so fun with the kids! Braden fed off of Hallie's excitement and was finally at the age when he figured out how to open the presents and that most of them were filled with toys for HIM! It actually took us FOREVER to open everything because both Hallie and Braden had to open up the actual toy and play with it, figure it out, look at all the parts, etc. Drew and I kept prodding them to keep going! They would have been happy with a couple gifts each!
A few days after Christmas we took out Drew's new toy (a remote control airplane) and headed to the park across the street from our house. Drew managed to get the plane up and flying well a couple times before crashing pretty hard. It was pretty fun for the little kids, as well as us big kids! I think we are headed out tomorrow for another run. Drew is determined to master being a remote control pilot!
We've had a wonderful holiday season and hope that all of you enjoyed your Christmas, as well! It's been nice to be able to spend time as a family and relax a little bit! Now, on to the New Year!

Looks like a Merry Happy Christmas! I have to tell you that Holly and Hannah LA LA LOVE the HSM Game and they are so excited to spend their money. You guys are too nice and generous. We missed seeing you this holiday and hope that everything is great. So glad to see the growing kiddos had a wonderful time. Christmas is so fun the older they get.

I Love that Drew got a remote control plane!that is so funny! I bet your kids just loved it that they could play with dad! It sounds like you had a great christmas. We were down in Arizona on the 27th- 1st. It was a blast except Kesley got this horrible stomach flu on new years eve and we had to drive home the next day! she just now got over it! it's been 5 days. Yuck! Your kids are so darlig and it sounds like they too had a great holiday!

Don't you just love the Holiday Craziness. Looks like you had a very Merry Christmas. Steven would love that airplane. He got one a few Christmas's ago but it has broke and he has been dying to get one ever since.
And I love the cute haircuts...
